America Supports You

Late Friday Night

In the last year, how many times can you recall the phrase “in a statement released late Friday night” in reference to some embarrassing tidbit released by the Obama administration? Too many, certainly. This morning, it was the new muslim envoy to yet another radical islamic nutjob group (why do we seem to have so many of these now?). He “regrets” what he’s been quoted as saying in support of some terrorists. But he’s got a high ranking job in Barry’s house of jokers. Yay. Go team.

With shit like this going on in the White House, we’re supposed to be mad at Rush for saying he wants Barry (’s policies) to fail?

My version goes like this: “I don’t want this president to cause my country to fail (and will fight against that end), but I definitely want his efforts to radically change the country to fail. Hard.”

Saturday Night Politics

Nancy kept the House in session late on a Saturday in order to twist enough arms to get her nearly 2000 page POS passed.
Harry is planning to do the same to the Senate this weekend.

Does anyone still believe this health care fiasco is above board, proper, legal, and necessary?

BOHICA, America.

This is the kind of shit your hopey-changey vote earned you. I hope you’re proud.

Fort Hood

News reporting now that an Army officer killed 12 people on Fort Hood, and injured another 31. Took half an hour for them to finally state he “had converted to islam”.

Yeah, religion of pieces.

They won’t even say his name yet. I’m sure it’s “mohammed hussein fucknutz” or something to that effect.

Updates:

17:48 Governor Rick Perry just announced it was 3 shooters, at least 9 dead. Still no mention of names. No surprise, I’m sure we already know what they will sound like.

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/06/us/06forthood.html

18:03 “Malik Nidal Hassan”. Gee, I wasn’t far off, eh?

19:30 Interview with the murderer’s cousin reveals he did not convert to islam. He was always a mohammedan.

22:30 Now they say the piece of shit is alive. Too bad.

White Supremacists! Guns! Arizona! President! (or not?)

… and a well-armed black guy exercising his second amendment rights.

What?  A black guy?  Wait a minute…

This is hilarious.

Okay, it would be hilarious, if it wasn’t yet another blatant example of the media showing you what it wants you to see.  The talking-head bimbo, the race-baiting self-hating traitor black guy, and the moron representing the liberal view of a good white guy (stupid, mumbles in consent occasionally, not much else) specifically used the image of this man’s guns to suggest white people would threaten the President.  They cropped out the images of his face, then showed a white guy being interviewed.  They said “white guys with guns” or words to that effect.

Hate to say it, but the whacko conspiracy theorists are looking more sane every day.  THEY really are out to screw us all over.  Let me see some of that moon-landing footage again!

Nancy, GO HOME

The village of San Francisco is missing their idiot.  Can someone please send Nancy home?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday said she’s open to keeping the House in session through the August recess to pass its healthcare overhaul.

“I think 70 percent of the American people would want that,” Pelosi said. “I want a bill.”

That stance contradicts House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), who said Tuesday that he didn’t see any point in staying into August if Democrats haven’t reached consensus on a bill by then.

She just makes up numbers and throws them out, fully expecting the ignorant masses to believe her.  I’ve spent the last 30 minutes trying to find a poll or survey that coughed up 70% as its operative number.  It’s not there.  Here are some interesting numbers I did find, though:

52% choose controlling costs as more important; 42% cite expanding coverage

49 percent want Congress to pass health care legislation this year, about the same number — 48 percent — say they want legislators to do nothing on the issue for now

41% of Americans would advise their representative in Congress to pass a new healthcare reform law by the end of this year; another 30% would say Congress should pass a new law, but not necessarily this year; and the remainder — 24% — don’t think Congress should pass a new healthcare reform law at all.

I did see some numbers suggesting 70% + from a few months back, so maybe Nancy’s head is just shoved so far up Barry’s ass she doesn’t know what day it is.  Have to remember the poll numbers drop as people learn more about what the liberal bastards are actually trying to do.  Health care for all is a noble goal – socialized medicine is a death sentence for the very people the democrats pretend to want to help.

Come to think of it, if the masses are ignorant enough to keep these vicious animals in office, maybe they are ignorant enough to believe Nancy’s lies.

Ladies and Gentleman, Senator Barbara Boxer

Yes, liberals really are this stupidly prejudiced.  So why do so many “people of color” vote for them?  Beats me.

The repeated lie

If you say it often enough, and with enough conviction, sooner or later people will believe it – even if they know it’s an outright lie.

“If you like your current insurance, you will be able to keep it”

Forget the fact that a government-sponsored plan, paid for out of tax dollars, will inevitably put the rest out of business.
Forget the fact that a government-sponsored plan, paid for out of tax dollars, will force companies to quit funding health insurance to remain competitive.
Forget the fact that a government-sponsored plan, paid for out of tax dollars, will destroy competition and any chance of recovery once the “experiment” has proven it’s foolhardiness to even the staunchest of supporters.

Hillary care, Obama care, socialized medicine… whatever it’s called, it’s based in lies and doomed to failure – but it’ll only fail after it’s caused the lives and livelihood of millions of Americans.

It really gets under my skin when Chris Dodd and his ilk spew their lies on national television.

Morons cause panic in NYC

Ignorant, immature, and conceited. That’s the only explanation for the complete morons that decided it was a good idea to send a 747 to buzz Manhattan Island without warning the general public. Can we squeeze this one onto the list of top 100 blunders of the one-der kid’s first 100 days?

As secret missions go, this one was a flop.

On Monday morning, one of the 747s used to ferry around the president of the U.S. was dispatched to the Statue of Liberty, escorted by fighter jets. Assignment: Get some fresh glamour shots of the plane.

The Air Force said the flight needed to remain confidential. So while New York police knew about it, as did at least one person in the mayor’s office, regular New Yorkers remained in the dark.

As a result, to onlookers Monday all across downtown Manhattan — where the World Trade Center once stood — the photo shoot looked like a terrorist attack. People watched in horror as a massive aircraft, trailed closely by F-16 fighters, banked and roared low over the city, in a frightening echo of the events of Sept. 11, 2001.

Fearing the worst, thousands of people streamed out of the skyscrapers and into the streets. Some buildings ordered evacuations.

Oh God, it was mayhem in here, just mayhem,” says Rubin Shimon, manager of Styling Haircutters, a barber shop near Ground Zero, where many people took shelter to call loved ones on their cellphones.

CHANGE!

No, really… change (of the pocket variety), and not much more!

Folks irked by Obama coins that are simply stickers placed on 50-cent pieces

Hilarious… slap a sticker on a coin, get Montel Williams to promote it on an infomercial – shazam, CHANGE!  Believe it!

Figures. Obama Coins Turn Out to Be Cheap Stickers on 50¢ Pieces

It’s the perfect analogy for voting for the image, ignoring the substance (or lack, thereof).

The Federal Indictment “He doesn’t want you to know about”

Three years without having to suffer through another windbag, snake-oil salesman’s pitch from the dark prince of nighttime television infomercials…

Yay!

Judge Orders Kevin Trudeau to Pay More Than $37 Million for False Claims About Weight-Loss Book

A federal judge has ordered infomercial marketer Kevin Trudeau to pay more than $37 million for violating a 2004 stipulated order by misrepresenting the content of his book, “The Weight Loss Cure ‘They’ Don’t Want You to Know About.”

In August 2008, Judge Robert W. Gettleman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois had ordered Trudeau to pay more than $5 million and banned him, for three years, from producing or publishing infomercials for products in which he has an interest. The ruling confirmed an earlier contempt finding, the second such finding against Trudeau in the past four years.

I always thought this guy reminded me a little too much of another scam artist in need of indictment: Al Gore.

I think my mom even bought one of his books…

Why would scientists lie?

Painting by numbers: NASA’s peculiar thermometer

Viewing the NASA 250-mile map for March below, what immediately grabs the attention is that NASA has essentially no data (gray areas) in most of Canada, most of Africa, the Greenland ice sheet, and most of Antarctica. This begs the question, how can one calculate an accurate “global temperature” while lacking any data from large contiguous regions of three continents?

With all the bullshit being slung about by the likes of big, fat, ugly Al Gore and his ilk… it’s really sad to discover such glaring discrepancies in the very science that’s supposed to be helping us figure this mess out. Who are we supposed to believe? How can anyone pretend that “the science is settled”, when they’re fucking LYING to us to blatantly?

Drill for the oil. Build the nuclear power plants. Give us our dignity back.

Clean up the environment… of course. Just quit making up new crying Indians to shame the ignorant into doing the right thing for the wrong reasons.

And stop being the ignorant.

“The greatest scam in history”

I’m guessing John Coleman doesn’t get invited to ride on Al Gore’s private jet…

Weather Channel Founder’s Forecast

Currently, John Coleman is a TV weatherman for KUSI News in San Diego. But Coleman is most famous for being founder of the Weather Channel. He has had a long career in predicting the weather, working for the first time as a TV weatherman during his freshman year in college in 1953. With this extensive background, we might take John Coleman seriously when he states bluntly that global warming “is the greatest scam in history.”

The really sad part is that even President Bush has recently started to support the global-warming fruitcakes.

Well, all of this is predicated on carbon being a dirty word. And the carbon we’re talking about is carbon dioxide. Now, it’s the last remaining cornerstone of global warming.

The hockey-stick chart, that ridiculous scientific fraud, got shot down. The pronouncements by NASA about global temperature averages going up have been corrected, and now we know the warmest U.S. decade was the 1930s not the ’90s.

Let’s not forget, the American north is being nailed with yet more snow right now… and it’s the end of April.

The forecast calls for 22 degrees and snow tonight for International Falls, MN; while not a record, it’s below the average for the month.

Its cold up there!
