President Obama’s approval rating of the American public has fallen to an all-time low, according to a new Gallup survey of White House residents and employees.

Fewer than one in 10 Americans earned the president’s favor, according to the president. That is down sharply from six in 10—the percentage of Americans Obama approved of shortly after his election in November 2008, and the lowest level yet for his administration.

“They’re not doing a very good job, frankly,” said the president. “Most of them, I mean. Some are. But not many.”
Obama’s job approval for how Americans are performing has fallen in every category, from the economy to health care and the environment.

And for some reason, I fully believe this President does sit in judgement of the people he’s supposed to serve.

But then President Obama had to ask the Supreme Court to step in.  And now I know all about the crime that Humberto committed on the sixteen year old idiot who should have been at home sneaking phone calls to boys instead of drinking and doing drugs with people who saw her as nothing more than a piece of meat.  I know that this animal deserved to die, and citizen of the United States of America or not, represented by the country of his birth (Mexico) or not, represented by the crack legal team of Robert Shapiro and Jose Baez or not, this confessed murderer, sodomizer and rapist deserved his punishment.

So despite the plethora of weird shit coming out of Texas lately, the Lone Star does continue to shine and on occasion lights the way for the rest of us**.

* It should be noted that this particular illegal immigrant was brought into this country at the age of two.  I don’t fault him for his status as an illegal, but I do fault Mexico for pretending they actually care about this nothing who has contributed nothing to their country.

** Have to give the pig credit for trying… shouting “vive mejico” on his way to his eternal slumber was a “made for TV” act.  I wonder how much the producers told him they’d give his family if he would do that for them?

Obama Copies Bush Speech

Obama closed Friday’s remarks by saying, “I’ve taken this decision with the confidence that action is necessary, and that we will not be acting alone. Our goal is focused. Our cause is just. And our coalition is strong.” Nearly a decade earlier, when President George W. Bush announced that U.S. forces were launching military strikes in Afghanistan, Bush said: “To all the men and women in our military … I say this: Your mission is defined. Your objectives are clear. Your goal is just.” Bush used similar wording in other remarks at the time.

Awesome.  No pissing and moaning from the left when Barry says it, though.  Too bad Barry is far more likely to get Americans killed, especially given he waited till the momentum any revolution might have had was smashed before he even considered taking action.

Sadly, I somewhat agree with those who say we’re better off with the petty dictators running things in the middle East; at least as long as the most likely alternative is islamic sharia compliant states.  Anyone remember what the taliban did to Afghanistan?  Or what the Ayatollah(s) did (is/are doing) to Persia?  Granted the people are miserable, but the world is better off.  When “the people” get smarter about who they’re willing to let lead their countries, then they can be considered mature enough to decide their own fate.  Pretty shitty way of looking at things, but reality can be shitty at times.

So why is our own government working so hard to rob us of that most basic of freedoms?  Look at what they’re doing:

The global warming frauds are working to kill off our access to fuel.

The solution to global warming fakery?  “Electric” cars that are worse for the environment than gas powered vehicles, and have specific charging requirements and limited range.

The financial collapse is driving up the cost of everything, especially fuel.  (anyone else remember $1.00/gallon gas?  that was only ten years ago).

The U.S. government, under the guise of “security”, is now conducting illegal strip-searches on American citizens in an effort to dissuade us from traveling by air.

So what next?  Some horrible threat against traveling by rail?  Or maybe we’ll start needing a passport to travel between states (they change these rules all the time).

When we’re sectioned off into territories, with limited or no ability to travel between them, what will follow?
