I was reading over a number of the accounts of Brian Nichols’ re-appearance in court today. A dozen guards. Re-trial for that pesky rape charge. Four counts of murder. Truly an obvious case that doesn’t seem to warrant much comment. Then CBS throws this one out. Court Killing Suspect Denied Bail duh?
