Pretty hard to believe. Military.com PASADENA, Calif. — A three-year-old federal law that makes it a crime to falsely claim to have received a medal from the U.S. military is unconstitutional, an appeals court panel in California ruled Tuesday. The decision involves the case of Xavier Alvarez of Pomona, Calif., a water district board member [...]

They’ve been doing it for centuries. Does anyone really think this is just “outreach?”

It’s not the military’s policy. RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Lawyers for a gay rights group asked a federal judge Friday to impose an injunction halting what they called the military’s unconstitutional “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. Congress created the bill, President B.J. Clinton signed it into law. Don’t blame the military for U. S. Law.

Visually interesting, pretty damned amazing series, actually. I don’t even mind listening to Oprah’s mildly annoying voice (more suited to bedtime stories than something you’d want to stay awake for). At least until they got to the part about polar bears, and had to throw in the usual “swimming for their life”, “melting ice” crap. [...]

In the last year, how many times can you recall the phrase “in a statement released late Friday night” in reference to some embarrassing tidbit released by the Obama administration? Too many, certainly. This morning, it was the new muslim envoy to yet another radical islamic nutjob group (why do we seem to have so [...]

Nancy kept the House in session late on a Saturday in order to twist enough arms to get her nearly 2000 page POS passed. Harry is planning to do the same to the Senate this weekend. Does anyone still believe this health care fiasco is above board, proper, legal, and necessary? BOHICA, America. This is [...]

News reporting now that an Army officer killed 12 people on Fort Hood, and injured another 31. Took half an hour for them to finally state he “had converted to islam”. Yeah, religion of pieces. They won’t even say his name yet. I’m sure it’s “mohammed hussein fucknutz” or something to that effect. Updates: 17:48 [...]

… and a well-armed black guy exercising his second amendment rights. What? A black guy? Wait a minute… This is hilarious. Okay, it would be hilarious, if it wasn’t yet another blatant example of the media showing you what it wants you to see. The talking-head bimbo, the race-baiting self-hating traitor black guy, and the [...]

The village of San Francisco is missing their idiot. Can someone please send Nancy home? House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday said she’s open to keeping the House in session through the August recess to pass its healthcare overhaul. “I think 70 percent of the American people would want that,” Pelosi said. “I want [...]

Yes, liberals really are this stupidly prejudiced. So why do so many “people of color” vote for them? Beats me. A big salute for Mr. Alford for standing his ground and calling foul when Babs demonstrates her bigotry.

If you say it often enough, and with enough conviction, sooner or later people will believe it – even if they know it’s an outright lie. “If you like your current insurance, you will be able to keep it” Forget the fact that a government-sponsored plan, paid for out of tax dollars, will inevitably put [...]

Ignorant, immature, and conceited. That’s the only explanation for the complete morons that decided it was a good idea to send a 747 to buzz Manhattan Island without warning the general public. Can we squeeze this one onto the list of top 100 blunders of the one-der kid’s first 100 days? As secret missions go, [...]
